more than 25 years of experience. She is the author of the books: Best
Impressions in Hospitality and Business Casual Made Easy. Ms. Michael
was interviewed in Washington Technology magazine in an article entitled "Survival
Guide," She has been featured in multiple publications: Corporate
Apparel Magazine, Lodging, the American Hotel and Motel Association
Magazine, among others.
