Louise Elerding is a PERSONAL IMAGE & COLOR SPECIALIST, author, speaker, and industry trainer. Her present profession evolved from a prior Fine Arts career, in which she taught art, color and design. Today, as a Personal Appearance Coach, Louise substitutes art canvases with real people, incorporating the concepts of non-verbal communication through personal appearance. Companies and individuals employ her for: Currently, Louise is conducting workshops across the country on the anciently~new concept of Fashion Feng Shui™. She is the co-author of "Formulas For Dressing the Whole Person" – the first of this topic on the market. She co-created the first Fashion Feng Shui Professional Credential Training Program to the Image industry, incorporating spirituality and holistic image concepts into the corporate arena as well as to the private sector. Louise is a charter member of the Association of Image Consultants International, AICI, having served an International President 1996-97. She received the esteemed 1999 Award of Excellence from AICI for her contributions to this worldwide industry organization. Locally she served as President of Verdugo Hills Business and Professional Women’s Organization, and was honored as Outstanding Business Women Member of the Year at NAWBO. In 2001 she was inducted into the International Who’s Who of Professional & Business Women’s HALL of FAME. Ms. Elerding has been interviewed and quoted in numerous image books, articles, publications, among them: Glamour Magazine, L.A. Business Journal, Maximum Style-Rodale Press, the Chicago Tribune, Baltimore Sun, Pacific Sun, One World Live, CNN.com and appeared on local cable television. Her travels have included book-signing events from Los Angeles to Boston, to Chicago. Her most recent publication, a handbook: "You’ve Got Manners! ~ Table Tips from A to Z for Kids of All Ages".
