years in the United States:
Developed a training and public speaking business emphasizing visual
communications skills, and customer relations. This resulted in numerous presentations for corporations, universities, non-profit organizations,
professional associations, radio and television programs.
Created presentations and seminars in Spanish on professional image,
selling techniques, business etiquette and customer service. Delivered seminars
in Brazil, Panama, Spain, Mexico, Colombia and other Spanish-speaking
countries.

Developed the first program in the United States that combines customer

Works as a consultant, coach and seminar leader for corporations, government
agencies, and non- profit organizations in the United States and abroad. Developed and
presented Image Impact Seminars, an advanced format for professional image work
to corporations and large groups.
She is a master trainer of corporate image consultants in the United States
and abroad. She has trained more than one thousand image consultants around the
world.
She is a frequent presenter at the Association of Image Consultants
International (AICI) convention and has the highest evaluation rating as a
speaker for the last 15 years.
Image Consulting Positions and Awards
Ms. Michael was the past president of the Association of Image Consultants
International (AICI) 1997 thru 1998. She has held other leadership positions within AICI, such as Vice President of Convention, Vice President of AICI Washington
Chapter, Chair of Ethics Committee, etc.
She received the 1993 Image Merit of Industry Excellence (IMMIE) for quality
and commitment from the Association of Image Consultants International.
She also received the Award of Excellence 2000 by the Association of Image
Consultants International.
