Marva Goldsmith is an Image Consultant and transformation catalyst with over 20 years of business
and leadership experience. Her formal education includes a Master in Public
Administration from Harvard University (concentration: Leadership) and a
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
She has received additional leadership training through the Center for
Creative Leadership and Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program.
Marva studied image management with the London Image Institute and Dominique
Isbecque International and is the Washington, DC Area Liaison for the
Association of Image Consultants International. She is a member of the
National Speaker’s Association and a graduate of the Women’s Campaign School
at Yale University.
Marva's experience includes public and governmental affairs, human
resources, image and brand management and strategic planning. She has held
positions that include federal lobbyist, human resource strategist, engineer
and grassroots campaign manager. Marva has assembled a strong and diverse set
of skills to provide her clients with a unique blend of quality and
creativity.
She has served clients that range from employees in transition and public
housing residents to political candidates and corporations. We approach each
project with an eye towards generating organizational or personal
transformation. Her clients include the Environmental Protection Agency,
National Security Agency, National Aeronautics and Space Administration,
National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration, Drug Enforcement
Administration, Johns Hopkins University, Prince Georges County Community
